Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 2026
This policy explains how WorldStaff collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website or contact us. By submitting a form, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
When you submit a form or contact us, we collect the information you provide — your name, work email, phone number, company, and details about the talent or services you need. We also automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, browser/device information, referring page, and the date and time of your submission.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, provide a shortlist and quote, deliver and manage staffing services, and — where you have consented — to send you relevant marketing communications by email, phone, or text message. We also use aggregated, de-identified data to improve our website and services.
Calls and text messages (SMS)
If you provide your phone number and check the consent box, you agree to receive marketing and informational calls and text messages (including via automated technology) from us at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. To opt out of marketing calls, contact us at the email below. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional messages about an active engagement.
Email communications
We may send you transactional emails (such as confirming we received your inquiry) and, with your consent, marketing emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example, our email and marketing platforms (such as Klaviyo and Resend), analytics providers, and our vetted in-country staffing partners — strictly to deliver the services you requested, under appropriate confidentiality terms.
Data retention and security
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. We protect it with encryption in transit and at rest and other safeguards described on our Trust & Security page.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below.
